Mark Dunham has over 25 years of real estate experience including 19 years as the CEO of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, Idaho’s leading real estate trade organization. During his years leading the REALTOR® organization, Dunham was active throughout the nation serving in a variety of positions with the National Association of REALTORS® including membership on national committees such as Education, Land Use and Property Rights, State and Local Fiscal Affairs, Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity, Communication, and several others. He was the chief real estate lobbyist at the Idaho Legislature for almost two decades and played a key role in establishing real estate education standards, sellers’ property condition disclosure requirements, and significant changes to agency representation among other notable industry initiatives. He taught leadership training, spokesperson training, and real estate issues throughout the state and the region. In addition he has a background in residential construction and mortgage lending. Dunham recently completed two years at Boise State University where he served as Director of Government Relations as well as Interim Vice President of University Advancement. Active in professional and civic organizations, Dunham serves on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Botanical Garden and the Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education. Dunham is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry and the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Chris Mooney has been in the real estate business for over 35 years, most recently as the Executive Officer for the Ada County Association of REALTORS®. Throughout his real estate career, he has been a certified instructor in both Idaho and Washington for over 28 years, teaching a myriad of courses such as Professional Standards, Real Estate Law, Essentials of Real Estate, Real Estate Practices, Broker Management and Commission Core classes. His knowledge spans across the title insurance industry as well, having served as a Regional Director of Education before taking over as Vice-President and manager for several divisions of Safeco Title Insurance in Tri-Cities, Washington, as well as Manager of Operations for the Seattle - King County area. In 1999 he became Vice President and manager of Alliance Title Insurance Corporation in Pocatello, Idaho. Embarking on a highly successful real estate career, from 1983-1997 Chris was a partner and broker in the family real estate business of Tomlinson-Black, a prominent real estate company in both Idaho and Washington, where he later became Vice President of mergers and acquisition for the company. In 1992 he was selected as the Idaho Association of REALTOR’S®, REALTOR® of the year and in 1995 was elected President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. Chris has been the recipient of numerous top producer awards and holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation, the Seller Representative Specialist designation as well as being a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Membership and a National Association of REALTORS® Certified Professional Standards Administrator.
Jeremy P. Pisca is a partner in the law office of Evans Keane LLP in Boise, Idaho. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, construction, business transactions and government relations. He is also a partner in Envision Real Estate School and Consulting, Inc.
Mr. Pisca serves as chief legal counsel to the Idaho Association of REALTORS® (IAR). In that capacity, Mr. Pisca advises the IAR with regard to its corporate affairs and employment issues, operates the 1-800-REALTOR® Legal Hotline, assists in the drafting of REALTOR® legal forms and assists in the IAR's legislative representation. Mr. Pisca has had an active role in the drafting and passage of Idaho real estate and broker law and the administrative rules of the Idaho Real Estate Commission. In addition, Mr. Pisca represents several local associations of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Services throughout the state of Idaho, as well as many real estate brokerages, agents and their clients.
During the past five (5) years, Mr. Pisca has been at the epicenter of real estate and construction law in Idaho. In addition to his representation of various REALTOR® organizations, Mr. Pisca also represents the Idaho Building Contractors Association (IBCA) as its legislative counsel. In this capacity he is credited with the drafting and passage of the Idaho Contractor Registration Act and the Notice and Opportunity to Repair Act. Further, he has been instrumental in issues regarding developmental impact fees, landlord tenant and property taxation.
As part of his law practice, Mr. Pisca represents twelve (12) individual clients before the Idaho State Legislature. The legislative clients range from trade associations to major corporations with interests ranging from manufacturing to professional scope of practice and licensure to public finance. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Pisca served as a policy advisor to Idaho Governor Phil Batt.
Mr. Pisca is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Idaho, and is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar.
