EnVision offers courses in Continuing Education to assist you in maintaining your license and help you become a more knowledgeable agent.  Our modern approach fits with today’s real estate environment and you as an agent.  We offer the following Continuing Education courses:

Beyond the Code of Ethics (E0274):  The clock is ticking again. Every
REALTOR® member must complete a course on Ethics every four years. We are pleased to offer this new continuing education course that takes you through the process, the forms and the procedures. This is NOT the Cracking the Code course, but it meets the all of the same requirements.

Defining Victory : Making the Most of Being Your Own Boss (E0412): Get going in the right direction with this four hour continuing ed course that is part of the The Defining Victory Series: Do you know what the most important skill of the 21st Century business person is? The Being Your Own Boss class will teach you how to continually adapt your business and personal finances to your ever-changing personal needs and desires. If things like work life balance, goal setting, and ending bad financial cycles are important to you, then this class is a must. Agents that are not comfortable with “good enough” for their personal and business lives should sign up.

The class is taught by Brian Fretwell. Brian Fretwell, is an MBA, Coach, Teacher, and Business/Financial Consultant. A featured speaker at the Women’s Council of REALTORS® National Convention in Orlando, his no nonsense approach to financial behavior will focus both veteran and rookie agent on what they need to become the “best boss around.”

NEW! Certified Licensed Personal Assistant Program (#E396): Designed to communicate the skills necessary for the assistant to help even the most seasoned real estate veteran. Designed for someone who is or previously was licensed and is thinking about a career change, this is the course for you.

NEW! Property Management and the Landlord Tenant Law in Idaho (E0410):  Developed and taught by attorney David M. Swartley, Esq., Evans Keane LLP, this special course has been approved for four (4) hours of elective continuing education credits. The course covers, Essential Pro-Active and Remedial Lease Provisions, Screening and Qualifying Prospective Tenants Legally, Security Deposits and Personal Guarantees, Problem Tenants, Matters of Health and Safety, Property Damage, Unclaimed Tenant Property, Forcible Entry, Evictions, Security Deposits:  Getting them and Keeping them, Late Fees:  How much is too much?, Landlord's Right to Inspect the Premises, Collecting Overdue Rent , Enforcing Judgments and Awards.

Idaho Real Estate Commission Core Course (C2007): The “Core Course” is a specific course developed by IREC each year on the 1st of July.

Practical Use of REALTOR Forms (EO138-06): This special course provides information about how to use the standardized forms produced by the REALTOR association.

Real Estate Brokerage Management (BM0015): Required course for broker's license. Intended to help a person understand how to set up and run a real estate brokerage office and emphasizes the application of management techniques required for the brokerage operation.

What Every Real Estate Agent In Idaho Ought To Know (E0177): The title says it all. Practitioners are inundated every day to learn this, learn that yet somehow the basics seem to slip through the crack. In response to requests from many brokers, we are pleased to offer this program, taught by Attorney Jeremy Pisca. If you have heard a presentation from Jeremy you know that he has a tremendous ability to deliver a difficult message in an entertaining and memorable way.
