EnVision offers courses in Continuing Education to assist you in maintaining your license and help you become a more knowledgeable agent.  Our modern approach fits with today’s real estate environment and you as an agent.  We offer the following Continuing Education courses:

Idaho Real Estate Commission Core Course (C2009-2010) The “Core Course” is a specific course developed by IREC each year on the 1st of July.

NEW! Business Conduct & Office Operations - BCOO ( BC001S) 4 CE Hours:  This is the recently updated course that is designed for brokers, sales associates, transaction coordinators, bookkeepers, etc. to provide information with regard to current laws, Idaho Real Estate Commission rules and procedures governing the accounting of client funds, and to assist real estate firms in the development of reliable record keeping and good business practices.

Beyond the Code of Ethics (E0274) 4 CE Hours:  The clock is ticking again. Every
REALTOR® member must complete a course on Ethics every four years. We are pleased to offer this new continuing education course that takes you through the process, the forms and the procedures. This is NOT the Cracking the Code course, but it meets the all of the same requirements.

Top 10 Deadly Sins of Writing a Contract (EO646) 4 CE Hours:  This lively interactive course covers the top ten mistakes agents commonly make when completing a Purchase and Sale Agreement and provides unique ideas and solutions to each.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation (EO336-339) 16 CE Hours
(Also available by taking individual modules, Mods 1-4, 4 CE Hours each):
An SRS Council designation course that compliments the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).  It provides a comprehensive, hands-on approach to prospecting for sellers, marketing your listings and yourself, as well as information on finding those elusive buyers.  Upon completion, you will receive your SRS Council designation along with your first year's dues.

Risk Management (EO086) 4 CE Hours:  An updated course that will alert you to the risks of working in an increasingly-litigious environment and provide information that will help keep you in alignment with state law.

Certified Licensed Personal Assistant Program (#E396) 32 CE Hours: Designed to communicate the skills necessary for the assistant to help even the most seasoned real estate veteran. Designed for someone who is or previously was licensed and is thinking about a career change, this is the course for you.

Real Estate Brokerage Management (BM0015): Required course for broker's license. Intended to help a person understand how to set up and run a real estate brokerage office and emphasizes the application of management techniques required for the brokerage operation.
