Janis Mooney has for 25 years been licensed as an Associate Broker with both CRS and GRI designations. She is past East District Vice President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and recipient of many accomplished awards, including the Idaho award for Certified Resident Specialist (CRS) of the Year in 2001. Janis is also a past President and REALTOR® of the Year recipient of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS®. Janis is a Certified Real Estate Instructor of both the Idaho and Washington Real Estate Commissions and was previously a new agent trainer for one of the largest real estate companies in Idaho.
Chris Mooney Currently serves as Senior Vice President and Broker for the Coeur d'Alene offices of the Tomlinson Group of Companies. He previously served as Executive Officer for the Ada County Association of REALTORS®. Mooney was named the 1992 Idaho Association of REALTORS’® REALTOR® of the Year and served as president of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® in 1995. He holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute Designation and candidacy for Certified Commercial Investment Membership. Mooney was Partner and Broker for Tomlinson Group of Companies. The family real estate business represented over 500 agents in 22 offices in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Ron Minegar

Ron Minegar: Licensed since 1977, Ron has earned numerous industry designations including ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, CSP, GRI, and e-Pro. He has held his broker’s license since 1981. He is a past President of the Ada County Association of REALTORS, and a past State Director of the Idaho Association of REALTORS. He has been recognized by his local association as an Honor Society Lifetime member for his sales production and participation in association business. Ron lead the design and implementation of a participatory training program that served over 60 new agents with one of the Treasurer Valley’s largest real estate companies. Ron, and his wife Shari, have recently founded their own real estate brokerage company: Ron Minegar Real Estate Inc.
Becky Fasse has worked in the real estate industry since 1993 and has been a Transaction Coordinator with over (3,500) transactions. Her years of experience provide first hand knowledge of the closing process. Her understanding of how to coordinate the numerous activities to get a real estate transaction closed in a professional and timely manner helped the agents she works with give extraordinary customer service to their customers and clients.
