Janis Mooney is co-owner of EnVision Real Estate & Consulting, Inc. and has been licensed for 28 years as an Associate Broker with the CRS, GRI, SFR and SRS designations. She is the past East District Vice President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and recipient of many accomplished awards, including the Idaho award for Certified Resident Specialist (CRS) of the Year in 2001. Janis is also a past President and REALTOR® of the Year recipient of the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS®. Janis is a Certified Real Estate Instructor of both the Idaho and Washington Real Estate Commissions and was previously a new agent trainer for one of the largest real estate companies in Idaho. Janis is currently a Certified Real Estate Instructor for the Idaho Real Estate Commission, having authored and developed many courses for continuing education credit. She is the Designated Broker for the EnVision Referral Network, Inc., an Idaho/Washington corporation that was developed to assist inactive agents in capitalizing on their former real estate careers.
Chris Mooney has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. Chris is President of EnVision Real Estate School and Consulting and a Group Chair for Vistage International, Inc., the world’s leading CEO membership organization. Previously Chris was the Senior Vice President for the Tomlinson Group of Companies. A broker in both Washington and Idaho Chris was the Designated Broker for Coeur d’Alene, Idaho offices. Chris has also served as the Executive Officer for the Ada County Association of REALTORS® in Boise, Idaho. For over 28 years he has been a certified instructor in Idaho and Washington teaching courses such as Professional Standards, Real Estate Law, Essentials of Real Estate, Real Estate Practices, Broker Management and Commission Core classes. His knowledge also includes the title insurance industry having served as a Regional Director of Education before taking over as Vice- President and manager for several divisions of Safeco Title Insurance in Tri-Cities, Washington, as well as Manager of Operations for the Seattle - King County area. From 1983-1997 Chris was a partner and broker with the Tomlinson Group, where he later became Vice President of mergers and acquisition for the company. In 1992 he was selected as the Idaho Association of REALTOR’S®, REALTOR® of the year and in 1995 was elected President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. Chris has been the recipient of numerous top producer awards and holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, Certified Professional Standards Administrator for the National Association of REALTORS® and a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM).

Ron Minegar: Licensed since 1977, Ron has earned numerous industry designations including ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, CSP, GRI, and e-Pro. He has held his broker’s license since 1981. He is a past President of the Ada County Association of REALTORS, and a past State Director of the Idaho Association of REALTORS. He has been recognized by his local association as an Honor Society Lifetime member for his sales production and participation in association business. Ron lead the design and implementation of a participatory training program that served over 60 new agents with one of the Treasurer Valley’s largest real estate companies. Ron, and his wife Shari, have recently founded their own real estate brokerage company: Ron Minegar Real Estate Inc.
Becky Fasse has worked in the real estate industry since 1993 and has been a Transaction Coordinator with over (3,500) transactions. Her years of experience provide first hand knowledge of the closing process. Her understanding of how to coordinate the numerous activities to get a real estate transaction closed in a professional and timely manner helped the agents she works with give extraordinary customer service to their customers and clients.
